Position: Senior Project Manager – Hotels
About: Currie & Brown Italia is looking for a Project & Construction Manager based in Treviso. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing medium-sized projects in luxury complexes (preferably in the hospitality sector) and proficiency in local authorization processes and relationships. Strong technical writing, client communication, and team collaboration skills are essential. Fluency in Italian and excellent written and spoken English are required for this role. The candidate should be reliable, flexible, and adept at working in a team environment. Responsibilities include supporting project design phases, collaborating with various stakeholders, ensuring project design compliance, setting goals, maintaining effective communication, cost management, timely project delivery, progress monitoring, conducting meetings, procurement activities, and on-site coordination.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, project management, or equivalent; 3-5 years of experience in managing medium-sized projects in luxury complexes (preferably in the hospitality sector); experience in authorization processes and local jurisdiction relations; strong technical writing, client communication, and interpersonal skills; fluency in Italian and excellent written and spoken English; team player with reliability and flexibility
