Position: Senior Project Manager
About: A construction company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction to project closeout. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project delivery and client satisfaction through effective communication and strategic planning.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a senior role; proven track record of successfully managing large-scale and complex construction projects; strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices; excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Procore; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines; high level of attention to detail and accuracy; commitment to quality, safety, and ethical standards; ability to travel to various project sites as needed
