Position: Senior Private Events Planner

About: Cherokee Town & Country Club, a premier private club established in 1956 with Town Club located on West Paces Ferry Road in Buckhead and Country Club near the Chattahoochee River in Sandy Springs, is seeking a full-time Senior Event Planner to orchestrate exceptional experiences for its members and uphold its esteemed reputation. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $30 to $36 per hour based on experience and an array of enticing benefits and perks including a 401(k) plan, health, dental, and vision insurance, complimentary meals while on duty, free parking, employee golf access on most Mondays, recognition opportunities, employee appreciation events, and MARTA (public transportation) discount.

Requirements: Four-year college degree in Hospitality Management or related field; minimum of five years of large event and private event experience, Club experience preferred; hospitality management or related field bachelor’s degree; ABC/CPCE/CMP Certification preferred; flexible work schedule including weekends and major holidays; excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher; NorthStar proficiency preferred, Social Tables and Delphi experience is a plus; highly polished personal presentation
