Position: Senior Marketing Manager
About: Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions is seeking a Senior Demand Marketing Manager to join their Demand Marketing organization supporting the Enterprise 5G Coverage portfolio and sales team. This role involves developing global demand gen strategy, building marketing campaigns, and driving account-based marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will work with major geographies to drive pipeline and revenue for Ericsson products.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field required; 7 to 10 years of B2B performance marketing experience; in-depth experience in marketing analytics, automation, and CRM platforms; demonstrated success in driving alignment with product, field marketing, and sales teams; deep understanding of demand generation best practices; exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills; strong communication and presentation abilities; experience with indoor and wireless connectivity solutions a plus.
