Position: Senior Marketing Manager
About: This role is with Ericsson, a global leader in communications technology, supporting the Enterprise 5G Coverage portfolio and sales team. They are seeking a Senior Demand Marketing Manager to drive preference, leads, pipeline, and revenue for Ericsson products and sales teams.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required; 7 to 10 years of B2B performance marketing experience with hands-on experience in executing digital and demand generation programs; Experience with marketing analytics, automation, and CRM platforms; Deep understanding of demand generation best practices; Ability to collaborate across functions and drive alignment with product, field marketing, and sales teams; Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data for decision-making; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Experience with indoor and wireless connectivity solutions is a plus.
