Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in English, marketing, communications, business, journalism, or a related field; 5-7 years of experience in professional services marketing and pursuit development, preferably in the A/E/C industry; excellent communication skills, marketing strategy development, and facilitation abilities; strategic mindset and sound judgment; strong organizational and time management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint), Adobe Creative Suite, and other collaboration applications; ability to work independently and as part of a team
