Position: Senior Marketing and Events Manager (Retail)
About: Bluhawk is a dynamic and growing mixed-use development located in Overland Park, Kansas, featuring over 200,000 sq/ft of operating marketplace retail, 260,000 sq/ft AdventHealth Sports Park, and an upcoming expansion adding over 230,000 sq/ft of best-in-class restaurant and retail space, community green space, and an entertainment plaza. It is a live-work-play community integrating multifamily, office, and healthcare. This position is being co-marketed by Price Brothers, the Owner/Operator, and will report to JLL.
Requirements: 3-5 years of retail or shopping center marketing and commercial property management experience required; Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field preferred; Event planning experience preferred; Experience promoting events through integrated communication channels; computer literate; knowledge of marketing fundamentals and research; excellent interpersonal communication skills; special event coordination and management experience; ability to multitask; sales/negotiation skills a plus; experience in managing budgets; flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and evenings; strong team player; real estate license acquired a plus, or interest to acquire preferred
