Position: Senior Manager, Sustainable Agriculture

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in natural resources, environmental science, business, or related field is required; master’s degree preferred; 5+ years of relevant experience in sustainable agriculture, environmental management, or a related field is required; Experience with farm-level data collection and management, including tools such as Cool Farm Tool, FarmES, COMET, or other farm-level GHG emissions assessment methods, is required; Proven ability to plan, track, analyze, and communicate data to support business decisions; Strong experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and employees at all levels of an organization; Knowledge of agriculture’s environmental impact, including climate change, biodiversity, and water resources, is required; Experience working on farms, with farmers, or within the agricultural research community is required; Strong analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to transition between strategic and tactical roles; Excellent writing, research, and verbal communication skills; Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability and willingness to learn new web- and mobile-based software and train others, including farmers, on its use; Ability to travel up to 25% per month may be required; Ability to work extended hours based on project demands
