Position: Senior Manager Supply Chain Management
About: Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management position based in Fort Wayne-IN with a base salary range of $130,000 to $150,000 plus best-in-class benefits. This role requires expertise in leading all aspects of the Supply Chain acquisition process, managing Business Unit performance, and ensuring project objectives are met, including cost, schedule, and technical performance. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for managing department and program budgets, supporting compliance with regulations, and contributing to talent and performance management decisions. Preferred additional skills include TS/SCI and/or DoD Secret clearance, experience with various contract types, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Lean Six Sigma experience, and previous leadership experience.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of related experience or Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of related experience; or a minimum of 16 years of related experience in lieu of a degree. Preferred additional skills include TS/SCI and/or DoD Secret clearance, experience in various contract types, budget management, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, strong communication skills, Lean Six Sigma experience, and previous leadership experience.
