Position: Senior Manager, Strategic Account Management, Food & Beverage

About: Square, a leading technology company in the commerce industry, is seeking a customer-facing leader to manage the Strategic Account Managers within the US Food & Beverage team. This role involves leading a team focused on the retention and growth of Square’s largest sellers, particularly in the New York and East Coast regions. The company’s efforts aim at advancing up-market within the food & beverage vertical by building a motivated team and enhancing revenue strategies.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management; 3+ years of experience managing metrics-driven customer-facing teams in a high-growth tech company; 2+ years of experience in the food & beverage industry; proficiency in identifying opportunities and developing strategic plans; excellent written communication skills, including with internal senior stakeholders; experience collaborating with product teams to represent customer needs; track record of serving as a senior escalation point for customer challenges
