Position: Senior Manager, Resy Social
About: American Express, through its Resy platform, is seeking a Senior Manager, Social Media to lead the strategy and execution of organic social, community management, and influencer marketing programs. This role focuses on building the Resy brand, providing thought leadership to restaurant partners, and overseeing compliant social media asset publishing.
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in social media marketing; Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube; Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail; Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously; Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities; Experience with social media management and analytics tools like Sprout Social, Sprinklr, or Dash Hudson; Passion for restaurants and the hospitality industry
