About: Royal Caribbean International is seeking a full-time Senior Manager Product Development (Food and Beverage) to be based in Miami, Florida. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study; Minimum 8-10 years of experience in product design or similar role; Significant experience in leading teams for product development; Past experience working with Architects/Designers; Travel industry experience ideal; Creative problem-solving skills; Knowledge in menu design and F&B operations; Strong leadership and communication skills
