Position: Senior Manager, Inventory and Logistics
About: Inaba Foods (USA) Inc. is a growing company in the pet treats industry located in Torrance, CA. We are seeking a Senior Manager of Inventory and Logistics to oversee and optimize all aspects of inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations for our pet treats product line.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus); minimum of 10 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role; previous experience in the food manufacturing, consumer goods, or pet product industry is highly preferred; must have prior experience managing inventory and logistics; strong knowledge of logistics terms and charges, inventory management software (e.g., EDI, ERP systems), and supply chain optimization tools; excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making; exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail; ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team; strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across various departments and levels of the organization; familiarity with regulatory compliance in the pet food or pet treats industry is a plus
