Position: Senior Manager, Development
About: City Year is dedicated to helping students and schools succeed. City Year AmeriCorps members serve full-time in high-need urban schools, where they partner with teachers to provide high-impact student support, classroom, and school-wide support. City Year has a Long-Term Impact strategy to increase the urban graduation pipeline nationwide. Requirements: 3-5 years of development experience preferred; Experience working with senior level executives in a corporate environment; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong partnership building and event planning skills; Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines; Able to work flexible hours; High energy, positive attitude, teamwork, attention to detail; Passion for City Year’s mission; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
