Position: Senior Manager, Animal Behavior and Training
About: The ASPCA’s Community Medicine (CM) team provides expert veterinary care to support the welfare of animals and their owners through stationary and mobile veterinary clinics in New York, Miami, and Los Angeles, focusing on underserved communities. This role involves working in the Community Veterinary Clinic (CVC) offering high-quality spay/neuter, preventive care, and treatment for minor illnesses and injuries.
Requirements: Must have graduated from accredited school of veterinary science technology (2 or 4 year program); Current New York State Veterinary Technician License required; Surgery/Anesthesia experience preferred; Excellent animal handling and customer service skills; Ability to lift and carry 40-plus pounds repeatedly; Strong interest in animal welfare and serving underserved communities
