Position: Senior Maintenance Manager, ARS

The Sr. Maintenance Manager role involves leading a site-based maintenance team to optimize equipment uptime and implement projects in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: BS in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field; 4+ years experience in maintenance or 2+ years Amazon experience; previous experience leading 80 or more employees; experience in corporate and/or regional maintenance roles; 7+ years managing employee performance; expertise in workplace safety, data-driven management, and material handling equipment systems; strong communication, teambuilding, and influencing skills; ability to thrive in a dynamic environment; proficient in data analysis and developing/adapting processes; self-starter with a track record of goal achievement; skilled in statistical analysis and major MHE integrators; knowledge of Lean Concepts, AutoCAD, MS Project, and SQL; MBA or other Master’s degree, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, or Professional Engineering registration a plus
