Position: Senior Housekeeper, Endicott House
About: Endicott House is seeking a Senior Housekeeper to organize and execute daily housekeeping duties, ensuring clean, orderly, and attractive guestrooms and public spaces. Responsibilities include providing supervisor with inventories, maintaining security procedures, training employees, conducting inspections, and upholding service standards.
Requirements: Required: high school diploma or its equivalent; at least two years of relevant housekeeping experience, including in a managerial role; strong guest services, communication, and organizational skills; attention to detail; ability to motivate and lead by example, work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and use good judgment; English language fluency. Preferred: fluency in a second language.
