Position: Senior Guest Services Manager
About: ASM Global – Tucson Convention Center in Tucson, AZ is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join as the Director of Guest Services and Parking. The center hosts a variety of events and requires a professional to oversee the safety, security, and overall operations of the venue.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred; two (2) years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; develop and coordinate training programs for regular and part-time employees; demonstrate knowledge of planning, implementing, and supervising event staff; handle conflicts and make decisions during high tension situations; work effectively under pressure and produce accurate results; maintain effective working relationships with clients, employees, and patrons; effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
