Position: SENIOR GUEST SERVICES ATTENDANT – PT
About: Mesker Park Zoo is looking for a versatile individual to join their team in various roles including admissions, gift shop, attractions, guest experience, birthday hosting, facility rentals, special events, and janitorial services. The ideal candidate will interact positively with the public, have the ability to work in different weather conditions, lift up to 40 pounds, and ideally possess computer and retail experience. A valid driver’s license is a must, along with at least 6 months of experience in a zoo Guest Services department or a similar guest services role. Flexibility in scheduling is required, with occasional responsibilities for training new employees and supervising volunteers.
Requirements: Good communication skills; friendly and neat appearance; ability to work in outdoor conditions; lift up to 40 pounds; computer and retail experience a plus; valid driver’s license; 6 months experience in a zoo Guest Services department or similar role; flexible work schedule
