Position: Senior General Manager – Food & Nutrition – Relocation Assistance Available
About: Trinity Hospital is currently seeking a General Manager for the Food & Nutrition Services (FANS) Department to oversee operations in a multi-hospital setting. The role involves collaborating with Regional Health Ministries (RHM) and Trinity Health Systems (THS) to ensure efficient program management and cost-effectiveness while upholding quality standards and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will lead by example, embodying the mission and values of Trinity Health, and drive continuous improvement within the department.
Requirements: Ba or BS degree preferred in institutional management or equivalent field; 5+ years of progressive experience in dietetics or healthcare foodservice management or equivalent combination of education and experience; ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment; strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills; familiarity with relevant data analysis and program auditing; commitment to honesty, integrity, and promoting organizational values; self-starter with excellent time management and delegation abilities
