About: Spice QSR, a fast-growing restaurant group and long-time franchisee of Tropical Smoothie Cafe, is seeking a Senior Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the cafe in Raleigh, NC.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years in Restaurant Management, Operations, and Leadership skills; Financial Management and Budgeting experience; Customer Service and Communication skills; Strategic Planning and Business Development abilities; Team Building and Staff Training expertise; Knowledge of Food Safety Regulations; Previous experience in the food service industry; Valid driver’s license; Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 30 lbs, and handle a fast-paced environment
