Position: Senior Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager
About: The company is seeking a Senior Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the development and implementation of food safety and quality programs for a range of meat products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining brand integrity.
Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred; Experience: At least five years of experience in food safety and quality assurance, preferably in the meat industry; Retail sector experience highly desirable; Certifications: HACCP certification required; GFSI-recognized certification such as SQF, BRC, FSSC 22000, or IFS required; Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; proficient in data analysis and technology for quality management.
