Position: Senior Food and Beverage Manager
About: The Senior F&B Manager position is responsible for upholding and elevating service standards in all food and beverage service areas property-wide. This role involves working closely with the F&B Director to identify areas of improvement, enhance the guest experience, provide staff training, and implement cost controls. The Senior F&B Manager oversees restaurant operations in all venues, including staff orientation, HR onboarding, training, service management, and ensuring guest and staff satisfaction. Additionally, this role involves running service, including opening and/or closing duties, throughout the property.
Requirements: High level of experience in food and beverage management; proven track record in enhancing guest satisfaction and service quality; strong leadership skills in training and managing staff; ability to uphold service standards and ensure compliance with protocols; knowledge of F&B operations, product quality control, and inventory management
