Position: Senior Financial Analyst, Growth
About: The Senior Financial Analyst, Growth will play a critical role in driving the Company’s future growth pipeline. This position will be fully dedicated to building financial models for all future new stores, new real estate formats, as well as renovations and remodels. The role will consist of measuring various format options and determining the ideal return on investment based on specific buildout, revenue, and operating assumptions.
Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in finance, real estate, management consulting or corporate development; Restaurant industry or multi-unit experience is preferred; Experience with detailed sales (regression) forecasting and modeling; Successful background in analyzing & building operating P&Ls and long-range discounted cash flow models; Experience data mining in EPM systems such as IBM Planning Analytics and/or Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
