Position: Senior Field Service Technician
About: Apex Systems is a global IT services provider with a contract-to-hire opening for a VCW Sr. Field Specialist to work onsite at a technology client in Jackson, MS. This position requires a W2 status, and sponsorship is not available at this time.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Minimum 4 years’ experience as a lead on professional Audio-Visual installations; Valid driver’s license and good driving record; Experienced with audio and video conferencing installation and configuration; Understanding of Audio-Visual network requirements; Knowledge of VoIP, analog phone systems, and basic IP networking; Crestron Digital Media & NVX Certified; Biamp Tesira Certified; Infocomm CTS-I Certified; OSHA Certified; Ability to work independently and in a team environment; Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
