Position: Senior Events Manager
About: Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel, located at 1551 N. Thoreau Drive in Schaumburg, Illinois, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Event Management professional to join their team. This role involves coordinating with sales, property departments, and customers to ensure exceptional service before, during, and after property events, with a focus on complex events and revenue maximization.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in event management or related professional area. OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage budgets, excellent communication, and customer service skills.
