Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years of Association Management experience; strong customer relations and interpersonal skills; comfortable managing multiple accounts with competing priorities; exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; skilled at improving systems and solving problems
