Position: Senior Event Sales Manager
About: Puttshack is an upscale, tech-infused mini-golf experience that focuses on providing world-class food and a full bar in a fun environment. The establishment aims to create lasting memories for people of all generations through a shared entertainment experience. The Senior Sales Manager role at Puttshack involves driving event sales, maintaining property management systems, and building strategic relationships within the local community to enhance the Puttshack brand’s presence.
Requirements: Prior experience as a Director of Sales or Sales Manager in a high-volume ($2M+ annual event revenue) restaurant, hotel, or entertainment setting; overall knowledge of local area businesses and existing client base; 3+ years of B2B and/or B2C sales experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent; excellent communication, time management, presentation, and organizational skills; ability to go above and beyond with a high level of emotional intelligence; flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including maneuvering stairs.
