Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of rigging experience in entertainment, theatrical, or production environments, including ground and overhead rigging with Encore; 3+ years as a rigging manager; 2+ years of effective team management with oversight of supervisors; ETCP certification; lift certification; lift operation experience; ground operation experience; high rigging with harness experience; working knowledge of CAD software; ability to interact professionally with customers and leadership teams; working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
