Position: Senior Event Planner – West Region Marketplace
About: This position is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of Deloitte meetings and events with a primary focus on in-person events in the West Region. The ideal location for the job is in the Bay Area in California (San Francisco/San Jose). The team at Deloitte Meeting & Event Services (MES) provides end-to-end solutions for all meeting and event needs, focusing on local audience events like holiday events, marketing events, and internal trainings. Team members work collaboratively to ensure a customer-centric experience.
Requirements: 3-6 years of relevant experience in meeting and event planning including sourcing, contracting, budget management, and logistics management. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Excellent communication skills, project management abilities, trade show planning experience, solutions-oriented mindset, ability to work independently on multiple projects, handle high workload, and strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Zoom preferred.
