Position: Senior Event Planner
About: The Senior Event Planner position is within the EPRI Event Experience Team and involves managing, planning, and executing a variety of complex events. The role includes mentoring and consulting with other EPRI Event Planners, administrative staff, and key institute stakeholders. The ideal candidate should excel in communication, creativity, collaboration, and consistency to ensure the success of EPRI events.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent event planning or hospitality industry experience; 10 years of event planning or hospitality industry experience preferred; Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) preferred; Working knowledge of meeting management systems, web-based registration and communication tools; Executive relations and interpersonal skills; Leadership abilities; Event Industry Tools familiarity; Experience Marketing Events and Trade Shows a plus; Experience in people leadership a plus
