Position: Senior Deckhand (Seasonal)
About: Town of Greenwich is looking for a senior deckhand for their U.S. Coast Guard inspected passenger vessels providing passenger, cargo, and cruise services with a focus on safety and customer service.
Requirements: Must pass swim test; subject to pre-employment and random drug testing per the United States Coast Guard; able to take orders, carry them out, and work with the general public; able to do heavy physical work such as raising and lowering gangways, lifting boat ramps, transporting fuel drums, cargo, garbage, etc.; ability to commit to a full season and work weekends and holidays without extended time off.
