Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; minimum three (3) years’ experience in janitorial services, with commercial environment experience preferred; knowledge of commercial grade chemicals, supplies, and equipment; experience using CMMS software such as MRI Work speed, Sage, etc. preferred; attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively; proficiency in using technological equipment and software such as Outlook, cellular devices, and computers; strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently or in a team environment
