Position: Senior Custodian-Tiverton Hotel
About: UCLA Health’s Tiverton, Health & Wellness Hotel is seeking to hire a full-time Senior Custodian to join our team! You will be responsible for various tasks in cleaning, housekeeping, and custodian duties for our hotel including offices, labs, lobbies, and other public areas.
Requirements: Strong customer service; Skills performing custodial work; Knowledge of basic materials and equipment used in custodial work; Ability to read, write, and comprehend Standard English; Ability to work in a standing position for a long period of time; stretch, bend, walk, stoop, and reach repetitively; Ability to work in hot, cold, and or wet areas; Ability to move items up to 50 pounds; Ability to wear and maintain safety equipment and uniform; Must have safe food handling practices and good personal grooming habits; Ability to adjust to fluctuating workload and adhere to work schedules; Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with co-workers, customers, supervisors and managers
