Position: Senior Creative Producer & Studio Manager
About: QT is seeking a Senior Creative Producer to oversee the development of creative film and photography projects, supervise asset creation for corporate presentations and marketing campaigns, and collaborate with internal stakeholders. This role includes managing timelines, budgets, scouting, contractor selection, cast and crew management, and ensuring adherence to QT brand standards and core values. The Senior Creative Producer directs a team of professionals, including an Associate Producer, and is responsible for in-store promotional videos and internal projects.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Video Production, Film, Photography, Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field; 5+ years experience in a design-related field with expertise in video production; ability to work independently, highly creative, detail-oriented, organized, with problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills; proficiency on a Mac operating system and understanding of the QT Brand.
