Position: Senior Corporate Director of Food and Beverage
About: This role is for a Sr. Corporate Director of Restaurants responsible for providing direction and executing operational processes across the enterprise, supporting Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) and their regions in all outlets. The role involves overseeing outlet F&B standards, initiatives, and results, including compliance of Core Restaurant Concepts and the WLW Restaurant Manager Training Program. The individual will provide onsite leadership during all openings and be responsible for monitoring and improving financial results, guest satisfaction, human capital index, and market share.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience as a manager in a high-volume full-service restaurant; demonstrated abilities in project management, strategic planning, and team leadership; ability to influence and work collaboratively across multiple departments; excellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; results-driven with the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment; possess analytical skills to evaluate data and make operational decisions and solve problems; up to 30% Travel as directed by VP of F&B, 100% Travel during months when a new property is opening; computer skills – proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; willingness to relocate to major markets or Merrillville, IN, as directed by the Vice President of Food and Beverage
