Position: Senior Cook

Requirements: High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge; 2 or more years of experience in production cooking; solid understanding of cooking principles, menu substitutions, and modified recipes for prescribed diets; demonstrated abilities in hot food production and use of commercial kitchen equipment; ability to learn and follow policies and procedures, communicate effectively, perform math calculations, handle food safely, and work within time constraints
