Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred; 3-5 years’ experience in traditional consulting and/or Hotel strategy, sourcing, and optimization role; knowledge of strategy, financial/business operations, and cost management preferred; experience in the travel industry preferred; strong skills in data interpretation and presentation execution; exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, mainly Excel and PowerPoint; ability to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels; ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
