Position: Senior Consultant, Development & Real Estate Advisory

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree within business, economics, urban planning, finance, or public administration; 5+ years of relevant work experience with knowledge in economic development, housing, real estate, and/or redevelopment; Experience as a client serving professional for a consulting firm desired; Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills; Exceptional verbal, presentation, and written communication skills; Ability to work well independently in a fast-paced environment; Motivation to work extended hours and travel as needed
