Position: Senior Consultant
About: The Human Resources Transformation team at Deloitte focuses on supporting clients with their HR needs and implementing solutions to enhance the employee experience. They work closely with clients to develop global HR strategies and incorporate leading technology to drive organizational excellence.
Requirements: 4+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP/SuccessFactors Employee Central projects with at least 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations; At least one full life cycle implementation leading a workstream within larger projects, driving your team to meet deadlines and ensure quality deliverables and service; Bachelor’s degree required; Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve; Limited immigration sponsorship may be available; Consulting firm experience, preferably directly working for Big 4 firms supporting enterprise clients; Superior communications skills, both verbal and written; Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
