Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; 1+ year experience in a leasing or customer service role in the real estate or property management industry required; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite; Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
