About: The Senior Catering Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving revenue and ensuring the successful execution of catering events for the company. This position involves overseeing the entire catering sales process, from initial client contact to post-event follow-up. The Senior Catering Sales Manager collaborates closely with the culinary team, event coordinators, and other departments to ensure exceptional customer experiences and successful events. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, organizational skills, and a strong understanding of the catering industry.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Highly Preferred; Proven experience in catering sales or a related sales role; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Excellent organizational and time management abilities; Familiarity with catering industry trends and practices; Proficiency in Marriott CI/TY, Microsoft Office, and relevant sales tools; Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
