Position: Senior Catering Sales Manager
About: ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is seeking a Senior Catering Sales Manager (SCSM) for ASM Global/Savor at the Moscone Center. The SCSM will oversee the sales of food and beverage for large-scale events, ranging from 1,500 to 10,000 attendees. This role involves mentoring Sales Managers and ensuring seamless communication between various departments for successful event execution.
Requirements: BA Degree or 5 years’ experience in Catering/Food and Beverage Sales, Event Planning, or related fields; strong communication skills; excellent organization and time management abilities; capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment; positive attitude and motivation to enhance guest experiences; willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality software; interpersonal skills for diverse interactions; familiarity with catering software and working with unions.
