Position: Senior Beverage Manager – Mandalay Bay
About: The Mandalay Bay, part of MGM Resorts International, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Senior Beverage Manager to lead and shape exceptional beverage experiences for guests. This role will involve providing strategic direction, training, and support to the beverage team to ensure high standards of service and revenue generation, contributing to the overall success of the beverage program at the Mandalay Bay.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 6+ years previous experience, including as a General Manager in high-volume hospitality, entertainment, and/or casino setting; knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBAs); strong understanding of F&B operations, budgeting, P&L statements, labor costs, and operational costs
