Position: Senior Associate Attorney

Requirements: A Senior Associate candidate must have a law degree from an accredited law school and be licensed in the state of Iowa or be able to obtain licensure within a reasonably short period of time; Experience in bankruptcy and debt restructuring, including confirmed involvement in at least five Chapter 11 or Chapter 12 plans; Subject matter expertise in income tax, bankruptcy & commercial law, and familiarity with the agricultural industry; Ability to assess lien priorities, negotiate, understand tax implications on businesses, and evaluate bankruptcy scenarios
