Position: Senior Area Executive Chef
About: Sodexo Live, a hospitality services provider, is currently seeking a Senior Area Executive Chef to support the American Airlines Lounge portfolio at Miami International Airport (MIA). This role involves delivering culinary solutions within the Admirals Clubs and Flagship Lounge.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; Minimum of 5 years of management experience; Minimum of 3 years of functional experience; Strong culinary background and knowledge of new culinary trends; Experience in high-volume food production in catering, hotels, or upscale a la carte restaurants; Excellent leadership and communication skills; Ability to communicate in Spanish is advantageous; Culinary systems knowledge and expertise; Culinary management experience in hotels or upscale/fine-dining restaurants; Strong coaching and employee development skills; Passion for food and innovations
