Position: Security & Safety Director
About: Westgate Resorts, a prominent vacation villas and town center resort in Central Florida offering over 3,000 accommodations, provides an exciting opportunity to work in a world-class resort environment with exceptional amenities such as heated pools, hot tubs, and a water park.
Requirements: Must pass a criminal background check and a drug & alcohol test; Must have a valid driver’s license and comply with company vehicle insurance policy; Must be at least 18 years old to operate company golf carts and 21 years old to drive tagged company vehicles; Availability for weekends, holidays, nights, and all shifts in various weather conditions; Travel may be required between properties; Class D license, American Red Cross certification, CPR, AED, and First Aid certification required; Fifth-year college or university program certificate or related experience; Leadership skills, crisis management experience, budgeting, and resource allocation abilities; Knowledge of physical security systems, safety protocols, incident investigation, and risk assessment; Experience in VIP and executive protection, legal compliance, and cybersecurity awareness; Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and supervisory abilities; Physical fitness for standing, walking, climbing, lifting, and occasional sitting; Excellent language skills for communication, writing, and presentation; Adaptable to work in outdoor conditions with moderate noise levels.
