Position: Security Event Coordinator

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Events Coordinator to join our team and support our client site based in Mountain View, CA; San Diego, CA; Plano, TX; or Atlanta, GA, serving the North America region.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field preferred; 4-6 years of experience in event management with a proven track record of successfully managing corporate events; Experience managing events in a corporate environment and working directly with stakeholders is a plus; Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure; Strong project management skills with the capability to lead multiple events simultaneously, from conception to completion; Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating targeted content and interacting effectively with diverse groups; Flexibility to meet event organizers across different time zones; Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant computer applications
