About: Vancouver Public Schools is seeking a Secretary, Maintenance to join the Maintenance and Operations department, dedicated to supporting the district’s facilities.
Requirements: Possess a high school degree or comparable equivalent; Minimum of two (2) years of secretarial-related experience; Experience demonstrating excellent customer service abilities, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail; Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Ability to lift and move moderately sized objects up to 50 pounds; Regular attendance and reliability in carrying out job duties
