Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required); Culinary Training (Preferred); 2 Years experience preparing food in a high volume/institutional environment (Preferred); General Experience with production equipment including electric slicers, convection ovens, deck ovens, tilting skillet, deep fat fryers, steamers, steam kettles, mixers, meat grinders, and food choppers (Preferred); SERVSAFE – ServSafe Certification (Preferred)
